The One About a Customer Journey That Converts To Passive Revenue with Warm AND Cold Audiences
Hey friends! I’m excited to share a personal update along with some business insights on building a scalable, sustainable sales funnel. I’ve got some big news—our family just grew by one adorable puppy, Charlie, a small Goldendoodle who’s already claimed my shoes as his favorite comfort item. Amidst the excitement, I’ve also been dealing with a back injury, so standing in my kitchen has become my new recording setup. Life has a funny way of blending joy and challenges, doesn’t it?
But let’s dive into the topic that’s been on my mind: how to build a customer journey that naturally leads your audience to engage, trust, and invest in what you offer—no awkward DMs or endless cold calls needed.
A New Approach to Sales: Start with How Your Ideal Clients Find You
One question many entrepreneurs ask is, “How do I make more sales?” But a better question might be: “What’s the most natural way for my ideal client to find my brand, engage with my content, and invest in my solutions?”
In my own journey, I’ve shifted from focusing solely on sales to creating organic connections that foster trust and engagement. This approach doesn’t just feel better—it works. I want to walk you through the three steps that form the foundation of my passive income strategy and share how this approach can help you develop a sales engine that works even while you’re out enjoying life.
Step 1: Analyze What’s Worked Organically
To start, look back at the posts, stories, or moments that have resonated most with your audience and led to conversions. Think of specific content—Instagram reels, a Facebook post, or perhaps a masterclass—that has triggered sales or strong engagement. By identifying what’s already connecting with your audience, you can begin to shape a journey that feels authentic and aligned with how people naturally discover and trust your brand.
In my experience, the best-performing ads often come from organic content that has already shown high engagement. Recently, I turned one of my high-performing Instagram reels into an ad, leading to over 100 new leads at just around $1 per lead. It was simple yet highly effective because it started with proven content that resonated with both existing and new followers.
Step 2: Build a Scalable Funnel Around Your Best Content
Once you’ve identified what’s working, the next step is to build a funnel that replicates that success on a larger scale. This is where tools like Kajabi come in handy. I use it to automate my funnel—from lead capture to upsells—while preserving the organic feel of my brand.
For example, my Low Ticket Toolkit Method™ (just $17) is a foundational offer that introduces new clients to my approach without the pressure of a high-ticket purchase. This toolkit allows them to experience results quickly, creating trust and setting the stage for upsells into other programs, such as my Passive Digital Product Funnel Lab and the Revenue Amplifier. By embedding these elements into my funnel, I’m able to build a customer journey that aligns with their needs at every stage.
Step 3: Generate Consistent Traffic with a Balanced Approach
The final piece is consistent traffic. By using both organic content and targeted ads, you can attract a steady stream of ideal clients. Think of ads as an investment that pays for itself by bringing in high-quality leads who are ready to engage with your funnel.
When done right, this approach not only covers ad costs but also generates profit, turning your sales funnel into a powerful income source. And for those who want a step-by-step guide, my Low Ticket Funnel Structure PDF Guide outlines how to set up an effective low-ticket funnel that leads to sustainable passive income.
Putting It All Together: Your Customer Journey Map
Creating a sales funnel that mirrors your organic interactions and best-performing content can help you convert leads into buyers without sales calls or constant outreach. From low-ticket offers that introduce your value to mid and high-ticket products that deepen the relationship, each step in the funnel is crafted to meet clients where they are, helping them take the next step toward their goals with you.
If you’re looking to create a similar journey for your brand, I recommend checking out the resources I’ve put together:

In Closing: Make Sales the Natural Result of Trust and Value
With a customer journey built on organic connections and proven content, you can achieve consistent sales and create a sustainable income stream. Your ideal clients will naturally find, engage with, and invest in your brand, all while you focus on what you love most.
And as always, cheers to your impact—don’t forget to celebrate the income, too! You deserve it.
